People who want to receive a house through the Apni Chhat Apna Ghar Scheme must meet the following criteria. You can only benefit from this scheme if you meet the eligibility requirements. Applicants for a residence under the “Apni Chhat Apna Ghar” scheme must have a valid National Identity Card.
This plan is exclusively available to Punjab citizens; hence, the applicant’s current address on their identity card must be valid in any city in Punjab. The applicant’s monthly salary must be 50,000 Rupees or less; if it exceeds this amount, he cannot benefit from the scheme. There should be no houses or plots registered in the applicant’s name.
