There will be 1,000 electrified and 20,000 gas-powered motorcycles in the scheme. If additional motorcycles are needed, more will be provided for the benefit of more people. The Transport Department has partnered with Punjab Bank to offer easy installments for electric and petrol motorcycles, with monthly installments of 10,000 for electric and 5,000 for petrol, both available at any Punjab Bank branch without interest.
