Application Process

Those who are interested may apply for a Punjab Khidmat Card by going to the Punjab Social Protection Authority’s (PSBA) official website, completing the online application, and sending it in for validation. It will be delivered to the applicant’s registered address following approval. To obtain your Punjab Khidmat Card, visit the closest Bank of Punjab branch and apply if you qualify for the program but have yet to receive your card.
