- Students enrolled in a four-year BS or BSc program who are in their first or second year.
- A National Identity Card or B-form is required to apply for the PM Laptop Program.
- Students may apply to this program with a passing grade of 60%.
- Applicants for the PM Laptop Scheme must have earned 60% or better during their first year of a two-year Master’s degree.
- Applicants may also be PhD, MS, or MPhil candidates.
