Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz said that more than 35 million Punjabis will benefit from the Ramadan Rashan program. In a recent meeting, she said that Ramadan Nighaban Assistance Program 2024 has started giving food to the poor. According to the law, approximately 6.5 million packages will be delivered to the doorsteps of families in need. Approximately 30 million people in the state of Punjab will benefit from this scheme.
Speaking at the meeting, Prime Minister Maryam Nawaz said that people no longer need to wait to receive Ramadan packages during fasting.
