Therefore, to collect all the data and valuable information about the disabled or special persons, a survey will be conducted in 2024. A special team will go to the areas facing extreme poverty and visit home to home to find out if any disabled person lives there. When they will find disabled persons, they will collect all their data about their family, their disability financial situation, etc.

After the collection of data of all disabled persons by the special survey team, the disabled or special persons who are found to be eligible for this scheme will be given loans ranging from one lac to 2 lac so that the special persons will get loans to transform their lives by starting small businesses according to their capacity and capability.
