PM Laptop Plan 2024
Pakistan’s Prime Minister, Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, has announced the restarting of the Prime Minister Youth Program’s laptop program. The scheme will provide one laptop set to both male and female students, enabling them to work online and continue their studies online. The program aims to assist students in efficiently completing their schooling and assisting them in working online. Students can submit their applications online until 20 June 2024.

Universities That Qualify for the PM Laptop Program:
The Prime Minister Laptop Scheme enables students at recognized universities and colleges to purchase one lakh laptops, with eligibility criteria determined by the HEC’s list of eligible institutions. The list of eligible universities can be found on the website.
Qualifications for the PM Laptop Program:
The PM Laptop Scheme is open to students who have previously applied but were unsuccessful. Students at a college or institution with HEC recognition can apply. Students in their first or second year of a four-year BS or BSc program can apply. A National Identity Card or B-form is required. Students with a passing grade of 60% or higher, who completed the first year of a two-year Master’s degree, and those pursuing a PhD, MS, or MPhil can also apply.

Students Not Eligible for PM Laptop Program:
Private sector university students, laptop recipients, Azad Jammu and Kashmir residents or foreign nationals, students not meeting qualifications, not applying online, lacking comprehensive documentation, and those graduating before laptop distribution are excluded from the program.
