You can register for the BISP Dynamic Survey at special centers in different parts of Pakistan, like Punjab, Sindh, KPK, Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Jammu. These centers are in every district of Kashmir, so it’s easy for families from all over Pakistan to sign up.
Eligibility Criteria
Not everyone can apply. If you work for the government, have a big business, or have a lot of money, you can’t apply. They will tell you if you can apply through an SMS service. They will also check the information of families who were in the old program to make sure everything is correct.

Required Documents for BISP Dynamic Survey in 2024
To sign up for the BISP Dynamic Survey, you need to visit a BISP center and bring these things:

- Your children’s B-forms.
- Bills for electricity and gas in your home.
Note:
- If you are a widow (your husband passed away), make sure your ID card is updated with the right information after his death.
- Women who got divorced should also update their ID cards.
- If someone in your family is disabled and can’t go to the center, they need a disability ID card.
